EuS reaches Developmental Phase

Reorganization of Erucae ut Stellae (Public Release)

OVERVIEW

  • As stated in the title, this confirms that Erucae ut Stellae (EuS) which instituted in mid-2017 as a rocket propulsion research organisation is undergoing a massive overhaul from Experimental to Developmental phase.

LONG TERM GOALS

  1. To increase the research into homegrown rocket propellant technology.
  2. To replace conventional fabrication with 3D Printing technology.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • As a factor of the shift, discrete developments will commence corresponding to the specifications stated.
Erucae ut Stellae will continue to function as a rocket research club whose primary focus is to develop rocket propulsion technologies and unlike in the experimental phase, EuS would branch into sustainable energy for space applications and astrobiological research.
The founder would retain the title, ‘Founder and Operational Head’ of EuS under the following provisions.
A minimum of ten man-hours per month would be committed every month for the
    development of the organisation.
He shall secure an undisclosed sum every month for the organisation's funding.
To delocalize the activities of EuS, six sectors will be formed under two heads, the core sectors and the non-core sectors.
  1. Sector 01, Administration
  2. Sector 02, Research and Development
  3. Sector 03, Funds Oversight
  4. Sector 04, Production
  5. Sector 05, Mission Control
  6. Sector 06, Media Management

SECTOR 01, The Administration

  • The administration, a core sector, under usual sense, would take on the intended measures for sustainability and the growth of EuS. affairs pertaining to the introduction of rules, members and the interaction of EuS with the world shall be embodied with the administration. Any decision by the administration would be presumed as concluding.

SECTOR 02, Research and Development

  • Research and Development, also a core sector, would take on the task of designing and developing new products such as launch vehicles, improve existing services such as the launchpads, controllers, new propulsion technology. RnD would aid the organisation in this regard.

SECTOR 03, Funds Oversight

  • Funds Oversight, a crucial core sector would handle the funds in and out of the organisation. This sector can approve or disapprove projects and services based on the available funds. A special sector to deal with funds had to be formed due to the lessons learnt from multiple bankruptcy codes during the experimental phase.

SECTOR 04, Production

  • The Production would not only tackle the task of fabrication of the planned products and machinery to aid other tasks but also observe safety protocols principally at the time of engine manufacture and fuel handling. The production too is a core sector.

SECTOR 05, Mission Control

  • Mission Control, a rather dormant sector would be operative in the course of the launch, static fire tests, payload tests etc. At such instances, the Mission Control would have the highest ascendency and execute responses such as mission abort if vital. Unlike the above, mission control is a non-core sector.

SECTOR 06, Media Management

  • The Media Management sector would accept the liability of informing the public of all important proceedings in the organization. All social media handles would be under the supervision of this sector. Secondary objectives include graphic designing the media flyers and logos and so forth. Media Management is also a non-core sector.

All the introductory protocols will be declared active when endorsed by the operational head hence affirming any previous codes null and void. Furthur minutiae will be outlined by the respective sectors.
